Transit times vary depending on your location, but you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Shipping rates are flat or included in the product price, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Returns & Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 30-day plant guarantee—if your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t thrive within the first 30 days, we’ll replace it or provide store credit. For non-plant items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. To start a return or claim a guarantee, simply contact us with your order number and photos if applicable, and we’ll be happy to help.
